Data privacy

MASLINICA Llc  uses TalentLyft, an application owned by AdoptoTech d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "TalentLyft") as part of Our recruitment process.

TalentLyft, in its capacity as a Processor, processes personal data at our request and based on our instructions.

MASLINICA Llc and TalentLyft have signed a Personal Data Processing Agreement to ensure and protect your data privacy rights.

Personal data we collect

• The data you enter when applying for open positions, including: name, surname, address, e-mail address, mobile phone/phone number, education history, employment history and other information stated in your CV;
• IP address;
• Internet browser information;
• Cookies, which allow us to track how you use the TalentLyft website.

Purpose of data collection

The collected data is used solely for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process. This process may include the following:

• Verification of the accuracy of the entered data;
• Checking references;
• Assessment of qualifications and skills necessary to perform the job for which you are applying,
• Process-related communication (e-mail, phone call, SMS messages, Whatsapp);
• Filling out questionnaires and tests;
• Compliance with legal obligations;
• Including your applications in the selection process for the position for which you have applied;
• Including your application in the selection process for similar positions.

After applying, you will be provided with access to the Portal, where you can get an insight into your personal data, request their export or deletion. A hyperlink to the Portal will be provided in the confirmation e-mail after applying for the competition.

You can request the correction or update of your data at any time, withdraw your consent to the processing of the data or delete your profile completely.

Access to data

Access to your personal data is limited to the employees of MASLINICA d.o.o., involved in the recruitment process.

Your personal data will be stored until the end of the competition for the open position for which you have applied, unless you have chosen to keep your data for a longer period of time and inform you about future employment opportunities.

The data is stored in the territory of the European Union, and access to it is ensured by the highest technical standards and practices.
